What I do
I'm a Senior Salesforce Engineer with over 7 years of experience based in Bengaluru, India. I build robust and scalable solutions for the Salesforce platform using not just Apex, LWC and other salesforce capabilities but also Java, Python, Kafka, Flink, Spark, Databricks and AWS depending on the business needs and solutions required.
I care about building solutions that are scalable, reusable and maintainable using latest technologies and best practices. This blog is a bit about how i think.
Why I'm writing
Three reasons:
- Writing is the best way to learn. Writing about a concept clearly is the fastest path to understanding it deeply. I am still old school and believe in the power of writing.
- Software Engineering space moves fast. I want a record of how I'm thinking right now — what's working, what's not, what I'd do differently.
- Community. I've learned almost everything I know from blog posts, talks, and Trailhead. This is my way of giving back.
What to expect
I'll write about:
- Architecture deep-dives — how to think about real-world Salesforce problems
- Code patterns — Apex frameworks, LWC patterns, integration design
- Lessons from production — what went wrong, what I'd change
Apart from the technical stuff, I'll also write about my experiences, learnings and thoughts on the various things I am experiencing in my career and life - the books I am reading, an article I read recently, a movie I watched, a place I visited, a game I played, a podcast I listened to, etc.
